Your gateway to
Odessa, Texas.
Park the rig and explore. From our spot right off I-20, the stores, restaurants and sights of Odessa are all a short drive away. Here is a local's guide to what is nearby.
A home base in the middle of it all.
Our RV park has everything you need for your stay in Odessa, whether you are here long-term or just overnight, and a location that puts the rest of the city within easy reach. Whether you are restocking the camper, looking for a night out, or chasing a bit of West Texas history, you will not have far to go. Use this guide to plan your days, and remember the park is always open when you are ready to head back and relax.
Stock up without the trek.
Pulling into a new town, the first stop is usually groceries and supplies. Good news: the essentials are close. The HEB Grocery and a Walmart Supercenter are both roughly a 10-minute drive from the park, perfect for a quick restock of food, RV supplies and anything you forgot to pack. Need parts or a quick fix for the rig? An AutoZone sits about 10 minutes out for oil, fuses and road-trip repairs. For a bigger haul, Target and Academy Sports + Outdoors are around 20 minutes away, with The Home Depot and Lowe's Home Improvement nearby for tools, hardware and any project supplies. Between them you can outfit your whole stay without ever driving far from home base.
Make a night of it.
When the sun goes down or the weather turns, Odessa has plenty to keep the family busy. Catch the latest release at Cinergy Cinema, an entertainment complex about 20 minutes from the park that pairs big-screen movies with arcade games, dining and more, an easy answer for a rainy afternoon or a fun evening out. Closer in, around 15 minutes away, Diamond Lanes Bowling is a local favorite for a few friendly frames with the kids or fellow travelers. And if the little ones still have energy to burn, Altitude Trampoline Park sits roughly 20 minutes out, with wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits and obstacle courses that wear them out so everyone sleeps well back at the rig. A short drive in any direction turns an ordinary evening into a memory.
A little West Texas character.
Odessa has a surprising amount of personality, and it is worth setting aside a day to see it. The most famous stop is the Stonehenge Replica at the University of Texas Permian Basin, a full-scale, free-to-visit tribute to the English original, great for a quick photo or a stroll. History buffs should not miss the Presidential Museum and Leadership Library, the only museum in the country dedicated to the office of the U.S. presidency. For a true natural wonder, head out to the Odessa Meteor Crater, the second-largest meteor crater in the United States, with a free trail and small museum that tell the story of the impact thousands of years ago. Catch a show or tour the Globe Theatre of the Great Southwest, a faithful replica of Shakespeare's Globe, and round out the trip with shopping, dining and the indoor ice rink at Music City Mall. From dinosaurs to the cosmos to the Bard, Odessa packs a lot into a single zip code, and it is all an easy drive from your site.
Drive times are rough estimates from the park and depend on traffic and your exact destination. Always double-check hours before you head out.
Settle in, then go explore.
Reserve your site off I-20 and make our park your home base for everything Odessa has to offer.
